Vina Robles
Vina Robles has a small, sustainable vineyard outside their tasting room in Paso Robles. We get our Cabernet Sauvignon, Verdelho, Vermentino, and Syrah/Grenache/Tempranillo Blend here. These grapes get a lot of heat but the quantity is limited to achieve quality sugar and pH levels.
Holmestead Vineyards
Our winemaker lives and grows grapes in Paso Robles. Paso has a unique climate of 100 degree days and 55 degree nights during the summer. The climate combined with the many different soil types produces amazing wines in a majority of grape varieties. At Holmestead we grow Syrah, Mouvedre, and Grenache.
