Our signature red blend is inspired by the Tintos of Spain & Portugal that use varietals like Grenache, Monastrell, Syrah, Tempranillo. Timshel uses a blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Tempranillo from the East side of Paso Robles to maximize the flavors of these varieties. Picked a little early to keep the acidity and energy of the wine stable for years to come. While the percentage of the varieties may change, the goal and flavor profile stays consistent.
